Do As I Say, Not As I Do. Political Elitists’ Hypocrisy.

It doesn’t get any better than this. If you want proof of how the political elite have a “do as I say, not as I do” mentality, look no further than Nanny Mayor Michael Bloomberg of New York City. Just like President Obama chowing down on good ol’ comfort food when Michelle Obama is away, the Nanny Statist Bloomberg thought he could pull one over on the poor schmucks of New York blistering in its stifling heat and humidity.

New York, like many cities, has this asinine law that prohibits idling your car while it is parked. In Colorado we call these “puffer laws.” You can’t leave your car parked in the driveway with the engine running during the winter to heat it up before driving. In New York you apparently can’t cool your car off before hopping in and driving to the next upper west side party.

Apparently the Mayor wants to his minions and little people to cut down on pollution. But His Honor can’t stand the heat and humidity, so watch what his security detail has improvised as a way around the law:

It’s such a way of life for the limousine liberals.
